Food Blog

Okay, so I'm seriously thinking about making a food blog. I'm not sure if I wanna make another blog or make food posts through this blog. I've got this great recipe book from work and it only cost me $5! All proceeds go towards a charity for children! It has tons of recipes to try out and I plan on trying as many as I can. Any suggestions on whether to make a food blog or just write posts about my food journey through this blog?
